That’s our motto! When it comes to delivery, we understand that every client and venue may have a different set of requirements.

With over a decade of experience delivering to venues all across the UK, our extensive vehicle fleet is fully equipped to deliver to both rural and urban locations. From pick-up trucks and trailers for countryside venues, to lo-loaders designed to tackle tight access and height restrictions or 18-tonne lorries for large-scale events – our Logistics team know just what to do.

It’s our job to ask all the right questions so that we can provide you with the perfect delivery. Below are examples of the kind of information that helps us to do this.


Step 1 – Venue Information

Questions to Consider:

  • Where do our furniture items need to be placed? If items need to be placed in different rooms, we can do this for you.
  • Does your venue or marquee have a glass/clear PVC roof? If you have ordered mirrored products from us and you have a clear roof in your venue, it’s great for us to know this in advance so that we can be sure to cover the mirrored products after set up. This will prevent sun exposure, so your products are looking their best when you are ready to use them.
  • Does your venue or marquee have solid flooring? To get the great result you are after from our Disco Dance Floor, it’s important that it is laid on solid flooring. If you are having a dance floor in a marquee, it needs to be laid on Cassette flooring


Step 2 – Venue Access

If you’d like us to carry out a site visit or to get in touch with your venue on your behalf, we would be more than happy to do so – just let us know how we can help.

Questions to Consider:

  • Are there any bridges, gateways or tight bends that provide access to the venue? This helps us to choose the correct vehicle for your delivery. We have a large fleet consisting of all types of vehicles, so we have something appropriate for every venue and delivery.
  • The distance from parking/loading bay to the entrance? This helps us to plan how long it may take us to install at your venue, so we can provide the correct number of staff to get the job done efficiently.
  • Do you need us to provide Security Information? We can provide crew names and vehicle details in advance, and ensure delivery staff arrive with Photo ID.
  • Things to be mindful of at the venue? This includes things like: grass areas to be avoided by the vehicles, high-quality flooring in the venue to be covered before furniture is placed upon it and doorway measurements for us to fit furniture through – all the finer details come together to help us to plan ahead and make the load in to your venue go smoothly.
  • Loading bay information – are there any height or parking restrictions? Again, this helps us to choose the correct vehicle for your delivery.
  • Any stairs or lifts? If so, we can allocate extra staff for your delivery.
  • Any night time access changes?


Step 3 – Timings

All the information about your venue and access will help us to schedule the time needed for your delivery and collection. Included within our transport prices, you will be able to choose either an AM or PM delivery slot. Alternatively, if you need us to deliver at a specific time then just let us know and we will be able to work to this for you.

Questions to Consider:

  • What time does all the furniture need to be delivered/set by?
  • What time do guests start arriving at your event?
  • What time does your event end?
